The higher the upgrade level, the more vehicles can be owned. They can be upgraded however, and this dictates the number of vehicles that can be owned at any one point in time. There can only be one garage in any town and garages cannot be built or destroyed by players. The garage is a building that is always pre-built and available at the start of all gamemodes, even in sandbox mode. The Garage is the heart of Virtual City TransportCo's presence in each town.
